JBCE welcomes the European Commission’s efforts to establish a common European approach to Artificial Intelligence (“AI”).
At the same time, as AI technology will continue to evolve rapidly and its risks will vary depending on the context, the purpose and the application of AI systems, JBCE would welcome further consultation between the European Commission and industry before any regulation on AI becomes effective.
