JBCE Standards & Conformity Committee invited the Guest speaker from DG GROW regarding the study session of the Evaluation of New Legislative Framework (NLF)

On 28^th October 2021, JBCE Standards & Conformity Committee invited the Guest speaker, Ms. Orsolya DELI-VIDÁCS, DG GROW Unit D.3 Market Surveillance.

Ms. Orsolya DELI-VIDÁCS introduced about the Evaluation of the New Legislative Framework (NLF) and new Market Surveillance Regulation.

In addition, she introduced about the Product Liability Directive and the trend of recent amendments of various Directives such as General Product Safety Directive, AI, Machinery and Cybersecurity related.

We had a fruitful discussion and the Q&A Session of the recent amendments of various proposal of these Directives.

JBCE Standards & Conformity Committee will continue to analyze the revision of these Directives and the proposal of Regulation.
