On 29th June 2021, JBCE Standards & Conformity Committee invite Ms. Mercedes Mira Costa, Mr. Laurens Hernalsteen and Mr. Frédéric Mlanao from CEN-CENELEC.
The CEN-CENELEC introduced status update of the Harmonized Standards, especially for Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Circular Economy related Standards.
We had a fruitful discussion and the Q&A session of the European Harmonized Standards for new horizontal legislation.
We had a study session for Enforcement of Product Safety Legislation for Switzerland from EPPA. Especially for Medical Devices, due to there is no agreement on MRA amendment + InstA withdrawal between EU.
