JBCE Digital Innovation Committee submitted our contribution to Data Governance Act.
JBCE welcomes the general idea of Data Governance Act (DGA) which sets ambitious goals for creating trust in data intermediaries and strengthens data-sharing mechanisms across the EU.
However, there would be some points to be clarified in DGA.
