This has been a long-standing issue for multinational corporations like JBCE members in terms of a growing need for the cross-border mobility of intra-corporate transferees (ICTs).

JBCE has called for a deregulation of the mobility of ICTs between the EU and Japan as one of the key policy recommendations to the EU via the annual “Report of JBCE”.
